What started all this

When I was 25, I realized that I was already mentally in my 30s. So I thought that I should learn from people in their 40s, but why stop there? Might as well learn from people in their 90s and from the wisest people throughout history. So I began studying as much as I could.

After 8 years of research, I realized that I might have come across some insights that could help people if they were shared. So I decided to start this blog and the worst case scenario is that it only helps one person, but that is good enough.
